Key Responsibilities: • Implement and maintain predictive models like CLTV prediction, propensity modeling, and churn prediction using BigQuery and Snowflake. • Develop customer segmentation models using clustering techniques and behavioral analysis. • Build and maintain survival models to analyze customer lifecycle events. • Work with large-scale datasets using BigQuery and Snowflake. • Develop and validate machine learning models using Python and cloud-based ML platforms (BQ ML, ModelGarden, Amazon Bedrock). • Translate model insights into actionable business recommendations. • Work with analytics and activation teams to implement model outputs. • Present analyses to stakeholders in clear and actionable formats.
