This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in survey analytics , marketing mix modeling (MMM) , discrete choice modeling , and segmentation , and who wants to work at the intersection of consumer behavior and quantitative insight. What You’ll Be Doing 🔬 Advanced Survey & Consumer Analytics Analyze large-scale survey datasets to uncover behavioral drivers, consumer segments, and hidden insights Apply advanced statistical techniques: Latent Class Analysis , Bayesian methods , regression models, and segmentation algorithms 📊 Marketing & Choice Modeling Conduct Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) to evaluate marketing ROI and attribution Lead Discrete Choice Modeling (DCM) projects to understand preference structures and simulate market response Translate findings into strategy-shaping insights for marketing and product teams 🛠️ Data Engineering & Experimentation Build and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring clean integration of APIs and external data sources Merge survey data with other structured data (e.g., stock market or behavioral datasets) for multi-layered insights Run experiments to test hypotheses, forecast behavior, and optimize performance metrics 🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration Work alongside analysts, data scientists, marketers, and product teams to embed insights into decisions Present findings in clear, actionable formats for both technical and non-technical audiences Who We’re Looking For 🎓 Must-Have Master’s in Statistics (mandatory) 1+ year of experience in data analytics with a focus on survey data, MMM, DCM, or segmentation Strong hands-on skills in Python , R , SQL , and data visualization tools Familiarity with tools like Sawtooth , Bayesian networks , or XGBoost is a plus A natural storyteller with data, comfortable running experiments and finding signal in noise 🚀 Good to Have Exposure to high-frequency data (e.g., trading or behavioral datasets) Experience working with consumer research teams or market research datasets Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Compensation 💰 INR 15 LPA (fixed) + performance-linked bonus 🌍 Remote-friendly, collaborative environment with high research autonomy Why This Role Stands Out You'll work on real data, real impact — from understanding why consumers choose what they do, to helping improve marketing ROI, to segmenting audiences in smarter ways.
