Freelance Interviewer – Consumer Motivation Research (₹25,000/month | 3-Month Contract)

We’re looking for freelance interviewers across India to conduct in-depth, on-ground interviews with everyday consumers. These interviews aim to uncover their consumption behaviors, motivations, and decision drivers — across age, gender, income groups, and geographies. 🔍 Responsibilities: Conduct 10 interviews per week (~2 per day, 5 days/week) Engage with participants from diverse socio-economic and demographic backgrounds Use a structured interview guide (provided) for ~90-minute sessions Record each interview in native/local language (video + audio) Ensure quality, honesty, and natural flow in conversations ✅ Requirements: Postgraduate degree (preferred: Social Sciences, Anthropology, Psychology, or Business) Comfortable speaking with strangers and building quick rapport Fluent in local language ; interviews must be conducted in native tongue Tech-savvy enough to record and store audio/video files Strong observational and communication skills Must be based in your own city/state — this is an on-ground fieldwork role 🌍 Open to: Any region or language across India Candidates with prior qualitative research, ethnographic, or social listening experience (preferred but not mandatory) 💼 Compensation: ₹25,000/month (for completing 10 interviews/week) 👉 To Apply: Send your resume along with your location, language proficiency, and a short note on your experience with interviews or research via LinkedIn or email.
