🚀 We're Hiring: Markets & Strategy Manager (Trading | Research | Ops) 📍 Remote-first (Goa or Kolkata preferred) 🕒 Full-Time | Reports directly to the Founder About Us We’re a small but ambitious proprietary trading firm led by a single founder, with big plans and sharp focus. Our edge comes from staying lean, thinking independently, and trading with conviction across markets. Now, we’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow with us — a Prop Trading Manager who enjoys being hands-on with trades, curious about market dynamics, and comfortable running both the strategy and the operational side of things. If you’re someone who enjoys taking initiative, switching between trading screens and Excel sheets, and thrives in a no-nonsense, high-trust setup — you’ll fit right in. What You'll Be Doing 💹 Trading Run trades across equities, options, and futures (in India and globally) Actively track markets, react to setups, and identify short-term and swing trade ideas Think on your feet — patterns, price action, volume spikes, news — you’ll be on it 📈 Equity Research & Market Tracking Track companies, sectors, earnings reports, and macro events Prepare crisp, insightful notes and internal reports to support trading decisions Basically, keep your finger on the market’s pulse — and help us act fast and smart 🧩 Operations & Admin (yes, this matters too) Handle broker accounts, fund movements, trade settlements, and compliance Coordinate with accountants, lawyers, vendors, and help keep the backend smooth Build simple dashboards, reports, or SOPs as we grow 🤝 Work Closely with the Founder Collaborate on risk, capital deployment, and tracking firm performance Help onboard junior traders or interns as we expand Be part of the core — your opinion and execution will shape what we build next Who This Role is For (All of these are essential) ✔️ You've got an MBA/PGDM (or equivalent), preferably early-career from a reputed Institute ✔️ You’ve traded before — even better if you've worked across different instruments ✔️ You’re curious about markets and research, and you like to dig deep ✔️ You can own things — you don’t wait for step-by-step instructions ✔️ You like working solo, but you're not afraid to speak up and collaborate Compensation 💰 Fixed: INR 15 LPA 🎯 Performance Bonus: INR 3–5 LPA 📊 Trading Profit-Sharing: Based on performance and growth Why This Could Be a Great Fit Direct access to decision-making (no layers of hierarchy) Lots of learning across markets, strategies, and operations Entrepreneurial culture with flexibility, autonomy, and real ownership Remote-first with future hybrid options If this sounds like your kind of role — or if you know someone who fits the bill — let’s talk.
