Key Responsibilities: Lead Data Science Projects: Oversee the end-to-end execution of data science initiatives, from data collection and cleaning to model deployment and monitoring. Develop Predictive Models: Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to build models that predict customer behavior, market trends, and other key business metrics. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies. Translate findings into understandable insights for stakeholders. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, product development, and business teams to integrate data-driven solutions into products and services. Mentor Junior Team Members: Provide guidance and support to junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI to ensure the team employs cutting-edge techniques. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelors/Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in data science or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R. Strong experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficient in SQL and database management. Familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop or Spark is a plus. Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
