Proficiency in programming, particularly in Python and SQL, is essential, with knowledge of R considered advantageous. Role & responsibilities- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics and data science solutions. • Architect and design scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support data processing, modelling, and analysis. • Develop and deploy machine learning models into production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. • Develop frameworks and tools for automated data analysis, model training, and deployment. • Monitor model performance using appropriate metrics and iterating on models to improve accuracy and efficiency. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to innovate and optimize business processes using data￾driven insights. • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and provide thought leadership within the organization. Preferred candidate profile- • Bachelor or Masters in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. • Minimum 7+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering impactful solutions • Expertise in statistical modelling, machine learning, and deep learning techniques, with practical experience in applying these methods to real-world problems. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL; experience with big data technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. • Experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures and solutions. • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and operational efficiency through data-driven approaches. • Hands-on experience in implementing AI and ML solutions for Travel & Technology is advantageous. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth Show more Show less
