Research and organize data from a wide range of public and commercial sources. Clean, normalize, and validate raw data to ensure consistency and reliability Enrich product and customer datasets with external attributes Build datasets to support exploratory analysis, reporting, and machine learning pipelines. Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to define data needs and deliver high-quality outputs. Validate data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness Monitor data quality and assist in building processes for ongoing data integrity Requirement 1–4 years of experience in data research, data ops, analytics, or a related role Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. MBA is a plus At least 1 year of people management or leadership experience Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail Ability to manage multiple data projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
