About the Role:

Data Operations Specialist,

Experience Required: 1-3 Yrs ( 6months internship exp will also work)

Budget : 3.5 LPA

Job Type : Contract

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective

  email writing and verbal articulation

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel and Google Sheets

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently under time constraints and limited supervision
• Comfortable liaising with internal teams, including members across different regions

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, sort, and

  enter data efficiently using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and internal portals.

• Verify

  data accuracy and troubleshoot issues

  with guidance from provided trainer documents.
• Distribute incoming work requests fairly among team members
• Resolve data discrepancies by following established SOPs and collaborating with stakeholders
• Perform quality control checks and maintain up-to-date communication with internal teams
• Create data backups to support system contingency plans
• Track and report key metrics for individual and team performance
