Data Processing Executive - Beginner

Job Overview:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Processing Executive Beginner at Adaan Digital Solutions in New Delhi. The Data Processing Executive Beginner will be responsible for tasks such as data processing, order processing, market research, and ensuring efficient data management and analysis on a day-to-day basis.

KRAs:

Data Entry and Verification:

• Accurately enter data into MIS systems from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and rectify as needed.
• KPI: Accuracy and timeliness of data entry tasks.
• FTR 97%, OTET 97%

Database Maintenance and Management:

• Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other MIS systems with the latest information.
• Maintaining a filing system, protecting confidential information, and performing regular backups.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing regular data audits and clean-ups.
• KPI: Data accuracy and integrity.

Report Generation and Documentation:

• Assist in generating reports and compiling data for analysis, presentations, and decision-making purposes.
• Document data entry procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure standardization and consistency.
• KPI: Accuracy and completeness of reports and documentation.

Compliance and Confidentiality:

• Adhere to data protection policies and regulations to ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Maintain compliance with internal data entry policies and procedures.
• KPI: Adherence to data protection and compliance guidelines.

Data Quality:

• Ensuring data quality and productivity meet department standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Statistics.

Software Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Essential Requirements:

• Typing skills (at least 30-40 wpm).
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Strong Communication and Analytical Skills.
• Data Processing and Order Processing abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data processing tasks.

Preferred Skills / Requirements:

• Knowledge of database management systems.
• Familiarity with data entry software and tools.
• Hands-on experience of Power BI is a huge plus.

Experience:

• 0 - 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
