Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to banking products.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Conduct gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

• Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of banking solutions.

• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and innovation in banking solutions.

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business users and technical teams.

• Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience of corporate banking products (e.g. Instruments, Party, Price, Rate, Rating, Transactions, Orders, Agreements, Positions, Payments, trade finance, Reference Data).

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and with team, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
