Data Modeller

As a Solution Architect for Data Modelling at VidPro Consulting, your role will involve collaborating with product and business teams to understand various business processes and document requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing logical and physical data models, scouting for the right data grain, and building reusable data models in intermediary layers before creating consumable views from data marts. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data projects such as upgradation, migration, building data lake foundation, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding Enterprise datasets including Sales, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D, Advanced Planning systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.) - Developing logical/physical data models as per Medallion architecture/EDW/Kimball model - Familiarity with Cloud architecture, DevOps, DataOps, Data Governance, Data Quality frameworks, and Data Observability - Creating business process maps, user journey maps, and data flow integration diagrams - Stakeholder management with data engineering, product owners, central data modeling team, data governance & stewards, Scrum master, project team, and sponsor - Ability to handle large implementation programs with multiple projects spanning over a year Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in data projects - Knowledge of Cloud architecture and solution components - Proficiency in DevOps processes and Agile techniques - Familiarity with integration needs through API, FTP, webservices, and SFTP - Experience in normalizing tables and understanding different data layers (Landing, Bronze, Silver, Gold) This is a Permanent role with a valued client of VidPro Consulting, a startup company operating in the B2B sector with a pre-seed funding stage. The salary range for this position is 25-37 Lacs PA.
