Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct online research to identify potential leads and business opportunities
• Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources including websites, directories, and databases
• Maintain and update lead databases with accurate and verified information
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support outreach campaigns
• Segment and categorize data based on industry, geography, and business type
• Generate reports and insights to improve targeting and conversion strategies
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with internal standards

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any stream; specialization in marketing, IT, or business analytics is a plus
• Basic understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Strong internet research skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in lead generation or data research will be an added advantage
