Roles Responsibilities

Maintain accurate Factory Operations Data, Production Records, and Back Office MIS Track Order Processing, Production Planning, Dispatch Coordination, and Inventory Records Monitor Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and ensure proper Documentation Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams Generate and maintain Reports, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records Assist in Client Coordination, Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Support B2B Client Servicing and ensure smooth Operations Support

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers and candidates with experience in Data Management, Factory Operations, Back Office Operations, Order Processing, Telecalling Executive or Client Servicing can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability and Data Accuracy Orientation
