Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, communication-driven professional to act as a key liaison between clients and internal tech and cataloging teams
The ideal candi will ensure smooth coordination, timely issue resolution, and a seamless client experience through effective communication and operational support

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams

Reach out to clients to collect feedback, requirements, and necessary information

Address client queries, concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner

Support clients with product onboarding, setup, and installation demos

Coordinate with internal cataloging teams to resolve client-raised queries

Share up , clarifications, and action points between clients and teams

Track requests, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure smooth workflow execution

Maintain clear documentation of client interactions, issues, and resolutions

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (tech, cataloging, operations)

Basic understanding of tech-enabled products or platforms is a plus

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting

Ability to explain technical or process-related topics in simple terms
