Job Description

Must-Have Benchmark Skills:

  • Data Governance Frameworks (SME-level)
  • Data Cataloging & Lineage (Alation, MDG)
  • Data Quality & Cleansing
  • SAP ERP (Customer & Material Master Data)
  • Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
  • Data Privacy & Lifecycle Management
  • Business Process Knowledge (Procurement, Finance, Customer)
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Training


Required Expertise:

  • 8+ years in data governance/data quality
  • Experience in oil & gas or financial services
  • Tools: Alation, SAP MDG, Power BI/Tableau
  • Exposure to ML/AI concepts
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in large, multi-year transformation programs


Responsibilities:

  • Support Data Governance Manager in framework implementation
  • Maintain business data glossary and ensure change governance
  • Train and onboard data owners/stewards
  • Ensure compliance with data policies
  • Collaborate with business, tech, and program teams
  • Lead data governance forums and meetings
