Job Summary:

Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and manage day-to-day accounting data into

  Tally ERP

  .
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and records using

  MS Excel

  .
• Perform basic accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries using Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts).
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.
• Assist with periodic audits and compliance tasks.
• Coordinate with accounts or admin teams for data requirements and clarifications.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and company data.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  12th Pass / Graduate

  in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-3 years

  of experience in data entry with Tally and MS Excel.
• Proficient in

  Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

  .
• Strong skills in

  Microsoft Excel

  (formulas, formatting, data validation, etc.).
• Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounting and financial terminology.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
