Data Entry Specialist

Key Responsibilities


Store Data Collection & Reporting


  • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly operational data from all ATE stores (sales, inventory movement, expenses, transfers).
  • Fetch data directly from store teams and ensure timely submission as per reporting cycles.
  • Compile and format reports for Area Sales Managers and central teams.
  • Verify data accuracy with store managers before final submission.


Verification & Coordination


  • Cross-check store-reported data with physical records and system entries.
  • Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager for validation, corrections, and approvals.
  • Flag inconsistencies, missing entries, or deviations proactively.


Accounts & Administration Support


  • Work closely with the Accounts and Administration teams to:
  • Track and update

    delivery challans

    .
  • Record and verify

    inter-store transfers

    .
  • Maintain logs for inward/outward stock movement.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and properly filed (digital + physical, where required).


Expense Tracking & Tools


  • Update store-wise expenses using approved

    expense management tools

    .
  • Match expense entries with supporting bills, vouchers, and approvals.
  • Assist in monthly expense reconciliation and reporting.


Skills & Requirements


  • Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards.
  • Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting formats.
  • Experience with expense management or accounting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and timelines.
  • Clear communication skills for coordination with stores and central teams.
  • Prior experience in retail, QSR, F&B, or multi-location operations preferred.
