About the Role: We’re looking for a creative visual storyteller who can conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content that captures the essence of ATE’s premium coffee, brunch & patisserie experience. This role demands someone with a strong aesthetic eye , a fast hand in post-production , and the ability to craft narratives that resonate on social and digital platforms . Key Responsibilities: Video Editing Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads (10–60 sec formats). Craft brand films, behind-the-scenes features, product highlights, and customer stories. Add motion graphics, kinetic text, transitions, and effects aligned with ATE’s aesthetic. Maintain quick turnaround time for social-first content. Handle sound mixing, color grading, and export optimization across platforms. Photography Conduct product shoots of plated desserts, coffee, and retail spaces. Capture candid and stylized moments inside our cafés for lifestyle storytelling. Edit and retouch photos to align with ATE’s moodboard (soft lighting, premium tone). Organize and maintain visual libraries for marketing and franchise teams. Creative Direction & Content Ideation Work closely with the founders and marketing team to develop content calendars. Understand trends in café culture, design, and food to keep content relevant and fresh. Contribute ideas for experimental content formats and brand campaigns. File & Asset Management Organize shoots, maintain backups, and optimize file formats for speed & accessibility. Manage gear responsibly and ensure readiness for in-house or outdoor shoots. Must-Have Skills & Experience: 2–4 years experience in video editing + photography (food/brand content is a bonus). Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop , and optionally After Effects . Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, transitions, and visual rhythm. Confidence in operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony preferred). Basic sound design and voiceover syncing skills. Solid portfolio demonstrating visual taste and execution. Bonus Points For: Experience working in hospitality/F&B brands. Interest in specialty coffee, café culture, or patisserie. Drone or gimbal operation skills.
