Odoo Operator – Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Odoo Operator is responsible for managing, updating, and maintaining the company’s Odoo ERP system. The role involves data entry, process monitoring, generating reports, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring smooth functioning of all Odoo modules used by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data across various Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Projects.
• Create, update, and track sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and other documents.
• Monitor daily operations in Odoo and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries as required by management.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect missing data or resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in workflow management, approvals, user access, and process tracking.
• Identify system issues, raise tickets, and follow up with the Odoo support/IT team for resolution.
• Provide basic training and support to team members on Odoo usage.
• Maintain proper documentation of processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support implementation of new Odoo modules, updates, or system enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com/BBA/BA/BSc preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working on Odoo ERP (or any ERP system).
• Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or HR modules.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel for generating reports.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and analytical ability.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of business operations and documentation.
• Familiarity with system workflows and approval hierarchies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software updates and modules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
