HR Executive

• HiringHR arranges interviews, coordinates hiring efforts, and ensures that all paperwork is completed. They also make sure that new employees are successfully navigated through their first day and beyond.
• Employee relationsHR professionals address and resolve employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. They also advise employees and line managers on employment law and the employer's policies and procedures.
• Performance managementHR professionals implement performance evaluation systems, set goals, and provide feedback. They also monitor staff performance and attendance.
• Compensation and benefitsHR professionals manage employee benefits, including salaries and other monetary and non-monetary benefits.
• Training and developmentHR professionals organize staff training and assist employees with career development.
• ComplianceHR professionals ensure that candidates have the right to work at the organization and advise on disciplinary and employee performance problems.
• Work environmentHR professionals create a safe work environment and maintain company culture.

HR professionals should have a diverse range of skills, including communication, decision-making, training, empathy, financial management, organization, leadership, strategic thinking, multi-tasking, relationship building, teamwork, onboarding, risk management, and intercultural sensitivity. Most companies require HR managers to have a master's degree, preferably in business administration, labor laws, and human resources
