The Back Office & Data Entry Intern will assist in handling administrative tasks, data management, and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems or databases. Assist with preparation of reports, documentation, and records. Support the operations or administrative team with back-office processes. Verify, organize, and file digital and paper records as required. Handle emails, invoices, and other office correspondence. Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency. Perform general office duties and provide clerical support as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
