Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.

Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.

Retrieve data as requested and ensure proper backup of data files.

Prepare and sort documents for data entry.

Review and correct data entry errors before submission.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data collection.

Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Proven experience as a data entry operator

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.

Good command of English (verbal and written).

Strong organizational and time management skills.
