Job Description

Job Summary:The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing warehouse data in the system. Candidates with cold storage warehouse experience will be given preference. The role requires strong attention to detail, familiarity with inventory processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:Enter and update inventory data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP. Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound materials. Verify documents such as GRN, dispatch notes, invoices, and stock movement reports. Coordinate with warehouse supervisors, forklift operators, and dispatch teams for real-time data updates. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Ensure data accuracy for temperature-sensitive items and cold storage inventory. Monitor stock discrepancies and report issues promptly. Assist in maintaining proper documentation for audits and compliance. Support other warehouse administrative tasks as required. Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data entry or warehouse operations. Experience in a cold storage warehouse is preferred. Strong typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge of MS Excel, WMS, or ERP systems. Ability to work in a warehouse environment where cold temperatures may be present. Good communication and coordination skills.
