Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are hiring a Data Operator responsible for e-commerce data management, database maintenance, and basic accounting support. The role includes data cleaning, structuring, validation, product data management, and assisting with financial data entry. Experience with Tally ERP is considered an advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Data Management

• Prepare, organize, and process raw data from suppliers and internal teams.
• Clean, structure, and validate datasets for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain master databases for products, SKUs, attributes, pricing, and inventory.
• Identify and correct missing fields, incorrect values, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Standardize product attributes, naming formats, categories,.
• Conduct regular data audits, quality checks, and data reconciliation.
• Generate datasets for catalog, pricing, marketing, and analytics teams.
• Document data processes, updates, and version histories.

Accounting & Finance Supports.

• Assist with data entry for sales, purchases, invoices, returns, and inventory.
• Support monthly stock and order reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate digital files for vendor data, bills, and financial records.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate mapping of orders and returns.
• Prepare basic accounting reports as needed.
• Use Tally ERP for basic entries, ledger updates, and data extraction (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, data operations, or data management.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Text Functions, Data Validation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of accounting workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with e-commerce product data, SKUs, attributes, categories, and taxonomy.
• Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Prior experience as an E-Commerce Data Operator or Accounts Assistant.
• Tally ERP experience is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory and pricing processes.

Pay: ₹18,685.15 - ₹23,797.86 per month
