Fahinds Solutions builds ERP, POS, CRM and custom web/mobile applications for clients across India and abroad. We’re growing and need detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to keep our data clean, accurate, and up-to-date.

Role Overview

You will enter, verify, and maintain data across our ERP/CRM and reporting tools, support daily operational updates, and help the team keep records audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify records in ERP/CRM, spreadsheets, and internal dashboards
• Perform data checks (duplicates, missing fields, formatting) and fix errors promptly
• Prepare basic reports from Excel/Google Sheets (filters, sorting, pivots)
• Scan, label, and organise digital documents with proper naming conventions
• Follow data handling, privacy, and backup procedures
• Coordinate with operations, accounts, and customer teams to resolve data gaps
• Meet daily/weekly targets with high accuracy
• Maintain clear activity logs and handoffs

Must-Have Qualifications

• Typing speed ≥ 30–35 WPM with high accuracy
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (sorting, filters; pivots are a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Basic English for reading/updating records; clear communication with team
• Reliability, punctuality, and comfort with on-site work

Good to Have

• Prior data entry/admin experience
• Familiarity with any ERP/CRM
• Basic formulas in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, COUNTIF, IF)

Employment Type & Compensation

• Full-time: ₹8,000/month (fixed)
• Internship: ₹5,000/month stipend + completion certificate
• Internship tenure: 6-9 months (PPO/Full-time offer based on performance)

Schedule & Workplace

• Day shift | On-site at Vasai, Maharashtra
• Bring your government ID for onboarding; training provided
