Data Engineering Lead

About Position:

We are seeking Data Engineering Lead with hands scrum, product owner, etc.,

• Experience: 10 to 12 years

What You'll Do:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the Compliance Insights platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with compliance and business needs.
• Deliver dashboards, analytics, and alerts to monitor distributor performance and risk.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all solutions.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in data product management, engineering, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Deep understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance principles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional stakeholder management.
