Role Title:

AWS Data Engineer

Experience Level:

3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end automation of

  regulatory reporting processes

  (RBI/IRIS-based returns).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Teams to understand

  data models, mappings, and transformation logic

  for banking reports.
• Design, develop, and maintain

  ETL pipelines

  leveraging AWS-native tools and frameworks.
• Perform

  data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL)

  using

  AWS Redshift

  ,

  Glue

  , and

  S3

  .
• Conduct

  data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation reports

  to ensure accuracy and completeness of regulatory data.
• Assist in

  UAT testing

  , issue resolution, and deployment coordination for production releases.
• Monitor and optimize ETL workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, and Compliance) to ensure timely and accurate report generation.

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with

  AWS Redshift

  and

  data warehousing concepts

• Proficiency in

  SQL

  for complex queries, performance tuning, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of

  PySpark

  for data processing and automation.
• Experience using

  for ETL orchestration and data storage.
• Solid understanding of

Domain Knowledge:
