Data Engineer, Developer Platform Engineering (Software Engineer)
Experience Range: 8–10 years
Location: Pune, HYD
• Lead design and architecture discussions for scalable and secure solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadership within the team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals
• Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and performance standards
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development
• Design and build robust, scalable data pipelines and models.
• Transform raw data into actionable business insights.
• Develop ML models to automate processes and support predictions.
• Deploy and manage solutions using cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks, and ADLS.
• Ensure security, quality, and compliance across all solutions.
• Monitor systems, resolve issues, and drive root-cause fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Proficient in Python, Java, or Go.
Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and ETL tools.
Strong SQL/NoSQL and data modeling knowledge.
Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform (Infra-as-Code).
Familiar with Azure or similar cloud ecosystems.
Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
