Product/Data Architect

You will design robust data models, architect scalable dataflows, and explore innovative technologies — including advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning — to maximize the value of our data assets. • Domain Expertise

  • Strong subject matter expertise in at least 

    two of the following domains

    : Customer Success, Professional Services, Install Base, Case Management, Revenue Reporting, or Customer Support.
  • Proven track record of delivering 

    multiple complex technical projects

     from concept to production.

  Technical Skills

  • Data Modeling

    : Expertise in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise analytics and operational reporting. Ability to define data structures, relationships, and metadata standards; optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability; and ensure alignment with business processes in CSOps and PSOps.
  • Hands-on experience with 

    SQL

    , 

    RESTful APIs

    , and related standards; proficiency in 

    Python

     and 

    NoSQL

     is a plus.
  • Skilled in building, optimizing, and evaluating 

    data pipelines

     and delivering 

    production-ready systems

  • Familiar with 

    data platforms

     such as Oracle Data Warehouse, Snowflake, HVR, and Informatica IICS.
  • Experience with 

    data visualization tools

     like Tableau and Power BI.

  Methodologies, Compliance & Lifecycle Management

  • Knowledge of both 

    Waterfall

     and 

    Agile/Scrum

     methodologies.
  • Experience across 

    all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

    SOX compliance

     requirements and principles, particularly in relation to financial data, revenue reporting, and operational controls.
