Overview:

The Data Analytics Mentor will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing the data analytics skills of our team members at WsCube Tech. They will provide guidance, support, and expertise to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Mentorship and Coaching:

• Provide one-on-one mentorship and coaching to team members, helping them develop their data analytics skills and knowledge.
• Guide team members through the entire data analytics lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization.
• Offer constructive feedback and support to help team members overcome challenges and improve their performance.

• Skill Development:

• Identify training and development needs for team members and develop tailored learning plans.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations on various data analytics topics, such as data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and share knowledge with the team.

• Knowledge Sharing:

• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team by encouraging collaboration and open communication.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, webinars, or hackathons to promote learning and innovation.
• Contribute to the development of data analytics resources, such as documentation, tutorials, or best practices.

• Project Guidance:

• Provide guidance and support to team members working on data analytics projects.
• Review project plans, methodologies, and deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Help team members identify and address potential challenges or risks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data analytics.
• Strong understanding of data analytics concepts, tools, and techniques, including SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and data visualization libraries.
• Experience in mentoring or coaching others, preferably in a technical or data-related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Passion for data analytics and a desire to help others succeed.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with cloud platforms and data warehousing tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Certification in data analytics or a related field.
