Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support our operations, sales, inventory, and production teams. The ideal candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and interpret data from various departments including sales, production, inventory, and procurement.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management on sales performance, stock levels, order fulfilment, etc.
• Analyze trends to support production planning and demand forecasting.
• Monitor stock movements and help identify fast- and slow-moving products.
• Support inventory optimization and cost-control initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Work with management to identify process improvement opportunities using data insights.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across systems.
• Collaborate with the IT and ERP teams to improve data flow and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (garment industry experience is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, VPA, or Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical teams.
