Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analytics Trainer to conduct offline classroom sessions at our Thane center. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics tools, techniques, and industry practices, and should be able to train students and professionals effectively through practical, hands-on sessions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Training & Delivery

• Conduct offline classroom training sessions on Data Analytics, Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python (for data analysis), and Statistics.
• Deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and practical exercises.
• Ensure students understand key analytical concepts, tools, and real-world applications.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

2. Curriculum & Content

• Develop, update, and maintain course materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Incorporate real-time projects, case studies, and examples into teaching.
• Align training content with industry standards and certification requirements.

3. Student Assessment & Support

• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and project evaluations.
• Provide personalized guidance and feedback to learners.
• Track student progress and maintain records of performance and attendance.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with academic coordinators and management for scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure timely course completion.
• Participate in internal meetings, workshops, and trainer upskilling sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Data Analytics Trainer.
• Proficiency in:
• MS Excel (Advanced)
• SQL
• Power BI / Tableau
• Python for Data Analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)
• Statistics & Data Visualization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
