Data Analyst Trainer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering hands-on training in data analytics tools and concepts such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and statistics. Additionally, you will design curriculum, conduct needs assessments, evaluate learner progress, and collaborate with instructional design and data teams to enhance training materials and methods. Your role will involve staying updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure training content remains relevant and effective. Moreover, you will assist in maintaining documentation and reports related to training sessions, attendance, and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver hands-on training in data analytics tools and concepts such as Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and statistics. - Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments based on learning objectives. - Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques. - Conduct needs assessments to customize training for diverse learner profiles. - Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback. - Collaborate with instructional design and data teams to improve learning materials and delivery methods. - Assist in maintaining documentation and reports related to training sessions, attendance, and performance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 12 years of professional experience in data analytics or data science. - Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau). - Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is a plus. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, engaging way. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple training sessions.
