Senior IT Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager Location : Madurai Job Type : Full Time Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT systems, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects (software implementations, infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, etc.). Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Create detailed project plans and manage resources, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to execute projects effectively. Track progress and performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders and leadership. Ensure project documentation and knowledge transfer is complete post-delivery. Implement quality assurance processes to meet technical and business expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in mid-to-large organizations. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ITIL practices. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred. ➕ Preferred Experience Experience working in cloud migration, cybersecurity, or ERP projects. Familiarity with Web and App Developments.
