You’ll be responsible for conducting live training sessions, preparing engaging content, mentoring students, and helping them gain the skills needed to succeed in the industry. Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month (based on skills and performance) Key Responsibilities Conduct beginner to intermediate-level training sessions in: Data Analysis (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau) Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Analytics) Software Testing (Manual Testing, Automation Tools like Selenium, JIRA) Create easy-to-follow learning materials such as slides, assignments, and step-by-step guides. Guide students through practical examples and hands-on tasks. Provide individual support and feedback to help students overcome learning challenges. Gather feedback from learners to enhance session delivery and course quality. Stay updated with industry trends and tools to keep training relevant. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field Computer Science, who has done any Internship or Course on Digital Marketing, Software Trainer, Data Analyst 6 months to 1 year of work or training experience in your selected domain. Strong interest in teaching and helping others learn. Good communication and presentation skills. Comfortable working with students and resolving their queries. Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or any LMS platform is a plus. Career Growth Performance-based opportunity to work on real-time client projects within a year.
