The Analyst will be responsible for performing data analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making. They will also collaborate with the team to develop strategies and optimize processes. Qualifications Consolidate and manage complex data sets using advanced Excel techniques Support project and programme leads in completing planning and financial forecasts. Develop and maintain data collection templates to ensure consistency and accuracy across business units. Assist in the preparation and review of financial budgets and planning cycles. Leverage SharePoint (forms/lists) to streamline data collection and reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of data inputs and planning assumptions. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas) - essential. Proven experience working with complex data sets and data consolidation. Strong understanding of financial budgeting and planning processes. Experience in the financial services or banking sector - essential. Familiarity with SharePoint (especially forms and lists) - preferred. Knowledge of technology and financial infrastructure (FI) - desirable. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
