This isn’t a “dashboard maintenance” role, it’s about connecting the dots, asking the right questions, and uncovering insights that push the product forward.You’ll work closely with the CPO, and Product team to design experiments, measure impact, and tell stories with data that change how we build.From funnel deep-dives to retention curves to finding that one surprising number nobody saw coming, you’ll be the person who helps us move faster, smarter, and sharper.We care less about how many queries you can write and more about how you

- Own analytics for the Product Team, from defining metrics to building dashboards to surfacing insights.
- Work with PMs & Designers to measure feature adoption, funnel performance, and user behavior.
- Run experiments (A/B tests, pilots, cohorts) and translate results into product recommendations.
- Dive deep into activation, retention, engagement, and monetization metrics to identify growth levers.
- Spot anomalies, hidden trends, and interesting numbers that can unlock new opportunities.
- Build self-serve data tools and dashboards so the team can answer questions faster.
- Tell stories with data, creating narratives and visualizations that influence product and growth decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data pipelines.
🤩 You’ll be a great fit if you have
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Growth Analyst / Product Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (window functions, joins, subqueries, etc.) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB, BigQuery, or Firebase (aggregate, lookup, etc).
- Have extensively worked on at least one analytics platform (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
- Strong understanding of product funnels, growth loops, and retention metrics.
- Curiosity to dig into data beyond the obvious and the creativity to ask new kinds of questions.
🤌 Bonus points
- A track record of identifying insights that directly influenced product or growth strategy.
- Experience in FinTech, EdTech, or working closely with Product and Growth teams in B2C companies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and experiment design.
