Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Presentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a passion for data analysis and creating compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights using Excel.

- Reporting: Create, maintain, and automate various reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Excel to support business decisions.

- Presentation Development: Design and develop high-quality presentations in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, engagement, and visual appeal.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data insights and understand presentation needs.

- Quality Assurance: Review data for accuracy and consistency; ensure presentations meet company standards and objectives.

- Training: Assist in training team members on effective use of Excel and PowerPoint tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Marketing).

- Proven experience using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

- Strong skills in PowerPoint for creating presentations that effectively communicate ideas.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Familiarity with basic data analysis techniques and statistical concepts.
