Job Description:We are looking for a highly analytical and collaborative Data Analyst - Operations to support data-driven decision-making across operational functions. This role will focus on analyzing business processes, identifying performance gaps, and delivering insights that improve execution and efficiency. A core responsibility includes building real-time dashboards, but the broader focus is on driving operational excellence through data analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Partner closely with the assigned Project Manager, working under their guidance to understand priorities, gather requirements, and execute aligned tasks that support operational performance and business goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and insights that enable performance tracking and inform continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL, supporting real-time visibility for project and operations teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into data-driven insights, metrics, and visualizations.
- Support process automation and reporting efficiency using Python and workflow tools, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.
- Assist in defining KPIs, tracking deliverables, and supporting the execution cadence across operational and project workflows. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or operational reporting roles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL for building dashboards, reports, and performing data analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation, data manipulation, or process optimization.
