Job Description

Key Responsibilities Import, consolidate & clean data from multiple sources (different sheets, systems, formats). Validate data: check for errors, inconsistencies, duplicates; correct / flag them. Use advanced Excel functions/formulas: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX‑MATCH, XLOOKUP, nested IFs, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, text functions, date functions etc. Create and maintain Pivot Tables / Pivot Charts for analysis & dashboards. Use conditional formatting and data validation to enforce data rules and improve readability. Automate repetitive tasks / report generation using macros / VBA (if required). Design dashboards / MIS (Management Information System) reports in Excel to show key metrics (KPIs). Forecasting / trend analysis: using charts, trend lines, scenario / what‑if analysis. Maintain & update master templates for reports, schedules, workbooks. Perform ad hoc data analysis upon requests from management or different departments. Ensure data confidentiality and maintain proper documentation & version control of worksheets. Coordinate with other teams to gather necessary inputs, understand data requirements, deliver actionable reports before deadlines.
