Role OverviewWe are looking for a Data Analyst with 2–4 years of experience who can transform raw data into meaningful business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze audience behavior, campaign performance, and operational metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesGather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (digital platforms, CRM, internal systems). Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like Power BI / Tableau / Excel. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve campaign and business performance. Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to define KPIs and track progress. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, business-friendly manner. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Good to HaveExperience with Python/R for data analysis. Knowledge of digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights. Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
