Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including business operations, finance, marketing, and product development. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, developing reports, and creating dashboards that highlight trends, patterns, and actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources.

• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with teams to define KPIs and measure performance against targets.

• Use statistical methods and data modeling techniques to solve business problems.

• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and insights.

• Ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality of all data.

• Support data-driven decision-making by providing ad-hoc analysis when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing databases.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

• Experience with Python, R, or other statistical analysis tools.

• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.

• Understanding of data governance, data security, and best practices.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of machine learning basics and predictive analytics.

• Familiarity with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
