Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and Dashboard Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to help drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations for management reporting.

Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases.

Automate reports and streamline data processes using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets functions.

Support business teams with ad hoc data requests and performance analysis.

Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to assist in strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to define key metrics and reporting needs.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VBA/macros preferred).

Strong command of Google Sheets (App Script / automation skills a plus).

Solid understanding of SQL for querying and data manipulation.

Experience in creating dashboards using Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Zoho Analytics.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good communication skills to present data insights clearly.
