Data Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Technology Department. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in data analysis, digital performance monitoring, and dashboard reporting. This role focuses on analysing lead-generation activities, evaluating digital marketing performance, and delivering actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse lead generation data and lead flow to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Track and review performance across marketing channels, monitoring lead progression throughout the funnel.
• Evaluate performance of social media and paid campaigns (Google & Meta).
• Assess key metrics such as reach, impressions, CTR, conversions, and engagement to enhance targeting and content strategies.
• Prepare clear reports on campaign performance, lead sources, and audience behaviour.
• Highlight important KPIs, benchmarks, and insights to support marketing and business objectives.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Excel for real-time metric tracking.
• Present data visually with a focus on lead cost, ROI, and conversion trends.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL
• Knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools, and campaign tracking
• Strong understanding of KPI reporting and dashboard creation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally
