Responsibilities include: Designing and programming PLC logic, SCADA, and HMI applications for industrial automation systems. Installing, testing, and troubleshooting control panels, instrumentation, and sensors . Supporting system integration projects and coordinating with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams. Preparing technical documentation such as electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and project reports . Ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and industry regulations . Performing system debugging, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field . Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider, etc.) and HMI/SCADA development . Knowledge of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, etc.) . Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with robotics integration (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA). Familiarity with safety systems (safety PLCs, interlocks, emergency circuits). Background in manufacturing, automotive, oil & gas, or process industries . The ideal candidate will have experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, commissioning of industrial equipment, and troubleshooting automation systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and quality to deliver innovative and cost-effective automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and program PLC systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or equivalent). Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications for monitoring and control. Integrate sensors, actuators, drives, and automation hardware with control systems. Support assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines and special purpose equipment (SPM). Perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and system optimization to ensure reliability. Collaborate with design, electrical, and mechanical teams for smooth project execution. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field. 25 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering.
