Serve as the primary point of contact for users seeking technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Assist with account setups, password resets, and access management.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or vendors when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, issues, and resolutions.
Provide user training and guidance on software applications and IT policies.
Ensure compliance with IT security practices and organizational standards.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networks, and office applications.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
