Assemble parts and products according to instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
Operate and monitor machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
Inspect components for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and production line.
Report equipment malfunctions, defects, or delays to supervisors immediately.
Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment as required.
Meet daily/weekly production targets and contribute to team goals.
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in assembly line or manufacturing (advantage, but not always required).
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow instructions, blueprints, and SOPs accurately.
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and handle repetitive tasks.
Basic understanding of safety practices and quality control.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fast-paced production floor with rotating shifts.
Exposure to machinery, noise, and physical activity.
Use of safety equipment (gloves, helmets, goggles, etc.) as per company policy.
