Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, and adjustments) to start a production cycle.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor machine operations and ensure products meet quality specifications.
Conduct routine inspections, detect malfunctions, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Report major technical problems to the maintenance team.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in routine maintenance and preventive servicing of machines.
Work with supervisors and quality inspectors to optimize efficiency.
Meet daily/weekly production targets while minimizing waste.
High school diploma, ITI, or vocational training in a technical field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of machine operation, tools, and measurement instruments.
Ability to read technical documents, manuals, and production specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in shifts.
Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
