Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL and Tableau to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, an analytical mindset, and the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL

✅ Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide insights

✅ Monitor data quality and ensure data accuracy across all reports

✅ Support ad hoc analysis and data requests from stakeholders

✅ Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences

✅ Ingest and process data from diverse sources including APIs, files (CSV, JSON, Parquet), and databases.

✅ Work with cloud data services (AWS/GCP/Azure) for scalable data processing.

Apache Airflow

✅ Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across datasets.

✅ Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver actionable insights.

📌 What we’re looking for:

🔹 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

🔹 Strong command of SQL for querying and manipulating data

🔹 Proficient in building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau

🔹 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

🔹 Excellent Communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights

🔹 Experience working in a product-based company is preferred

🔹 Bachelor's degree in a related field; Anna University alumni preferred

🔹Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS S3, Redshift, BigQuery).

🔹Experience integrating data from various sources: APIs, flat files, RDBMS, etc.
