About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to help drive data-backed decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, and build reports/dashboards that enable business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal and external sources.

• Analyze large datasets to derive insights, trends, and patterns.

• Build dashboards, visualizations, and automated reports (using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical requirements.

• Conduct A/B tests, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and performance evaluations.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.

• Present findings to leadership in clear, structured formats.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel.

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.

• Hands-on experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus.

• Knowledge of statistical methods and analytical modeling.

• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.

• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical teams.
